A very simple recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-169.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-169.png 512w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-169-240x300.png 240w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-169-300x375.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potatoes: 1 kg (2 lb 3 oz)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onions: 1 large, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Minced Meat: 350 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mushrooms: 10-12, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cream (10-15% fat): 200 ml<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Water: 50 ml<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egg: 1 large<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flour: 6-8 tablespoons, divided<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetable Oil: for frying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt: to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Black Pepper: to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nutmeg: a pinch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parsley: chopped, for garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare the Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook the Potatoes: Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fry the Onion: In a pan, heat some vegetable oil and saut\u00e9 the onions until translucent, about 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook the Meat: Add minced meat to the onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare the Mushroom Sauce: In the same pan, add sliced mushrooms, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Fry until the mushrooms are soft, then sprinkle with flour and stir well. Add cream and water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Make the Potato Patties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mash the Potatoes: Mash the cooled potatoes until smooth. Mix in an egg and 4 tablespoons of flour until you have a pliable dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Form Patties: Take a portion of the potato mixture, flatten it in your hand, place some of the minced meat mixture in the center, and mold the potato around the filling to form a patty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dredge in Flour: Coat each patty lightly with the remaining flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fry the Patties: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
