Knead until you obtain a smooth consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll out the dough into a circle approximately 40cm in diameter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the additional butter into 9 parts of 11g each. Place them on the rolled out dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold the dough over the butter, creating layers.
