{"id":3909,"date":"2024-08-20T05:25:11","date_gmt":"2024-08-20T05:25:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=3909"},"modified":"2024-08-20T05:25:11","modified_gmt":"2024-08-20T05:25:11","slug":"appetizer-sandwiches-with-salty-cheese-and-vegetables-homemade-soft-fluffy-tender-and-tasty-sandwiches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=3909","title":{"rendered":"Appetizer Sandwiches with Salty Cheese and Vegetables \u2013 Homemade Soft, Fluffy, Tender and Tasty Sandwiches"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients needed for the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>350 ml of warm milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml of oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700-750 g of flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 g of dry yeast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients needed for the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g salted cheese (can be replaced with sweet ricotta)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greens to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>From the above ingredients we get 24 sandwiches.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the dough,<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;put a whole egg and an egg white in a bowl. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt and mix with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. We keep the yolk to grease the rolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the oil, warm milk and yeast and mix. Gradually add the sifted flour and soft butter and knead until the dough is non-sticky, smooth and soft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Form the dough into a ball and place it in a clean bowl. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and place it in a warm place. Let the dough rise for 60-90 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After rising, we transfer the dough to the work surface. We knead it for a while and then divide it into 4 equal parts. We form 4 balls that we cover with cling film and leave them aside for 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kilocalorii.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/aluat-p-b-e1630921889484.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In the meantime, prepare the filling.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Grate the cheese and mix it with the finely chopped vegetables. If necessary, we can also add a little salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take the first piece of dough and roll it out on a floured work surface into a 20-22 cm round surface. Cut into 6 triangles and make 3 incomplete cuts on each triangle. Stretch the triangles a little with your hands and put 1 tablespoon of filling on each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We fold the tip over the filling and glue it under the base. We proceed in the same way and form all the buns.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kilocalorii.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/u-e1630922039121.jpg\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We transfer the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving space between them.
