Wash them thoroughly and peel if desired. Cut the potatoes into cubes or slices, depending on your preference.

Peel the onions and slice them thinly.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

Add the cubed or sliced potatoes to the pan with the onions. Cook them until they are golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare your salad ingredients. Wash and chop the lettuce, and any other vegetables you’d like to include in the salad.

Once the potatoes are cooked, move them to one side of the pan and add the fish fillets to the other side. Cook the fish for a few minutes on each side until they are cooked through and flaky.

Assemble your salad by placing the lettuce and other vegetables on a serving plate or bowl.

Arrange the cooked potatoes, onions, and fish fillets on top of the lettuce.

Serve your Potatoes with Onions and Fish Salad immediately. You can drizzle with your favorite dressing or add a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor..

Ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower 1 tablespoon of paprika, you can use more if you like.
