Place it at the bottom of the form.<br>Cut the cabbage. Complete the form.<br>Add grated onions, green onions, salt, pepper and rice to the filling (until half cooked). Mix. Form meatballs and place them on the cabbage.<br>Salt and pepper the tomato sauce and add water. Mix. Pour into the mould.
