For the syrup, take the sugar and water in a suitable saucepan, boil it over low heat for 30-35 minutes until it thickens when it starts to boil, add lemon juice and let it cool.

Allow the syrup to cool completely or put it in the fridge. Sherbet needs to be very cold, you can prepare the dough after the syrup is completely cooled.

For the dough; add the water, butter, sugar, salt to the pot and bring to a boil.

Sift the flour and add it to the boiled water mixture, mix immediately with a wooden spoon and with all your strength and turn the stove down. Stir non-stop for 4-5 minutes and cook the dough in this way.

Set aside for the dough to cool. After the dough rested a little, break the eggs into the dough one by one and mix well with the mixer, I fed each egg into the dough for about 2 minutes.

After feeding the eggs, we add the lemon juice and semolina, stirring again with the mixer for 5 minutes on a high setting. It becomes a shiny and sticky dough.

Put the oil in a large saucepan and heat it at high setting. If you want, after squeezing the overalls into cold oil, turn the bottom of the oil, I preheat the oil, then there is no need to cool the oil again.

Insert the star tip into a large cloth squeeze bag and add the dough halfway into the bag.

Squeeze from the dough into the oil of the size you want and cut it with scissors.

Let’s bottom the high oil, it’s heavy, crispy and for it to cook.

Let’s cook until it turns caramel in colour by stirring occasionally with the help of a cullender.

Remove the cooked tulumbas from the oil and immediately put them on the cold syrup and leave for 2-3 minutes. Do this until your dough is finished.

Note: Most importantly, the syrup is dark and very cold, take care not to cool the syrup, if necessary, place it in the container full of ice and prevent it from warming. Unfortunately, as you add the hot tulumbas, the syrup is made. Don’t try to fry the Tulumbas in a short time, cook slowly, the heavier it cooks, the better it will be. Do not expect it to keep its crispy and freshness for 3-4 days, such as ready-made tulumba dessert. They use mix flours with additives, there are a lot of unnecessary and harmful things in them that we do not use. Substances are placed to bind a crispy shell on the outside. Do little at home and consume with pleasure. Ring dessert is also made from the same dough. Take it easy.

For the dough: 2 cups of water 2.5 cups of flour 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar Half a teaspoon of salt 3 eggs 3 tablespoons of semolina […]

[4

post-550","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipe
["GET
