I was already hot on him and I couldn&#8217;t stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s divinely delicious, take a few slices of it for yourself to be safe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients approx. For 24 slices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the dough:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40 dkg flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 egg yolks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 dkg butter\/margarine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 dkg powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 packet of baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 small glass of sour cream (175 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the baking tray:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the cream:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 dkg of low-fat cow&#8217;s cottage cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 egg whites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 dkg of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of 1 lemon (also delicious with orange)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon semolina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For scattering:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(the cake was made in a 40 x 23 cm baking pan.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar, crumble it with the butter, then knead it with the egg yolks and sour cream. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut it in half and wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for half an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the egg whites with half of the sugar until stiff and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Mix the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and lemon juice, then carefully stir in the whipped cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll out one of the dough, spread it on the floured baking sheet and sprinkle it with semolina (it&#8217;s important to get it in so that the dough doesn&#8217;t get wet!), then smooth the cottage cheese filling over it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spread the other dough on top and prick with a fork.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone who likes cottage cheese cakes must try this recipe!
