1. Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped apples and 30g of sugar.
4. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until the apples are soft and caramelized. Set aside.

5. In a bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 30g of sugar, and 8g of vanilla sugar until well combined.
6. Add 30ml of seed oil and 150g of plain yogurt, mixing thoroughly.
7. Sift in 140g of flour and 8g of baking powder. Stir until the batter is smooth.
8. Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor and mix well.
