Prepare the Dates:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soak\u00a0<strong>170 g of pitted dates<\/strong>\u00a0in hot water for\u00a0<strong>2-4 minutes<\/strong>\u00a0to soften them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After soaking, drain the water and place the softened dates in a blender or food processor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
