Drain and mash them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, eggs, cheese, leeks, bacon, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Form the mixture into small patties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coat the patties in breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
