\u2013 150ml already sweetened whipping cream \ud83c\udf66
\u2013 20ml lemon juice \ud83c\udf4b<\/p>\n\n\n\nInstructions<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
2. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
3. Mix in milk and sunflower oil.
4. Gradually add flour and baking powder, stirring until smooth.
5. Add orange peel to the batter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
7. For the cream, zest and juice the orange.
8. In a saucepan, combine milk, vanilla sugar, sugar, cornstarch, and butter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Remove from heat, add orange zest and juice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Whip the whipping cream and gently fold it into the cooled orange mixture.
11. When the cake has cooled, spread the cream on top.
