Lightly grease a baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season the chicken with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, Proven\u00e7al herbs, oregano, and curry powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dip the chicken cubes into the egg mixture, coating them evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrange the chicken cubes in the prepared baking dish.
