Although there is high-quality mayonnaise on sale, it is always nicer to replace it with something more refined and healthy. Cook the chicken breast until cooked, cut into small pieces and add to the cucumbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boil the carrots, peel and cut into cubes. Boil chicken eggs until tender, peel them, separate the yolk into a separate plate, and chop the white and add to the salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add half a teaspoon of salt to the yolks and chop with a fork. Then add three tablespoons of olive oil, three tablespoons of sour cream and one tablespoon of mustard into the mixture. We also add finely chopped dill to the yolks.
