Super yummy!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main Casserole:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetable oil (olive oil)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 carrot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon dried garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Butter (for greasing the mold)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mozzarella cheese, shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Camembert cheese, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 grams (1\/3 lb) butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 ml (1 cup) milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 tablespoons soft cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon dried garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare the Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peel and slice the potatoes. Finely chop the onion. Peel and grate the carrot. Chop the pepper. Saut\u00e9 the Vegetables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, and chopped pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saut\u00e9 until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the dried garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.
