Healthy and delicious breakfast in 10 minutes!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 avocado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 tsp paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tomato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 of an onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 tsp table salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 tsp black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh coriander (cilantro)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup oatmeal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 tbsp milk (oat milk can be used)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 eggs (or 2 tbsp chia seeds as a vegan alternative)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetable fat (for frying)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cucumber (optional, for serving)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begin by preparing the avocado.
