These liver cutlets, or pancakes, with vegetables turn out to be incredibly juicy and appetizing. I replaced the traditionally used flour with oatmeal, pre-ground to flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" src=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-99.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-709\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-99.png 768w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-99-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To begin, wash the liver thoroughly and chop it. I use a blender for this, but you can also mince the liver or just finely chop it with a knife if you want a more chopped texture of the cutlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along with the liver, I add instant oatmeal to the blender, then pour the resulting mixture into a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also chop the onion in a blender and grate the carrots on a fine grater. I also rub the squeezed potatoes on a fine grater so that they do not darken, and add them to the liver mass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add eggs and sour cream to the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" src=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-98.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-708\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-98.png 768w, https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-98-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the mass seems too liquid, add a tablespoon of semolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix all ingredients well, salt and pepper to taste. I let the mixture sit for about ten minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fry the cutlets on both sides until cooked in a frying pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These cutlets do not absorb much oil, so you will need very little fat for frying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can serve them either hot or cold, and they will be equally delicious.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From half a kilogram of liver you can prepare a generous amount of cutlets.
