{"id":7111,"date":"2024-12-15T07:26:36","date_gmt":"2024-12-15T07:26:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=7111"},"modified":"2024-12-15T07:26:36","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T07:26:36","slug":"mango-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=7111","title":{"rendered":"MANGO CHEESECAKE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For crust :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 1\/2 cups crushed vanilla cookies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 6 tablespoons melt-in-the-mouth unsalted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For filling :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 3 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 cup of sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1\/4 cup all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 4 large eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1\/2 cup mango puree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the cover :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 cup mango puree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1\/4 cup sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1 spoon of lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1\/2 teaspoon of tasteless jelly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Prepare the crust: preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). In a medium bowl, mix the crushed cookies and melted butter until well combined. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Press cookie mixture into base of 9-inch cheesecake pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Prepare the stuffing: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until soft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, mango pur\u00e9e, vanilla extract and salt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix well until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie crust and spread evenly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake 50-60 minutes, or until center is firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Prepare the couverture: in a medium bowl, combine the mango puree, sugar and lemon juice. Sprinkle tasteless jelly over the mixture and let sit for 5 minutes. Then heat the mixture in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until the jelly is completely dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. Then, pour the couverture mixture over the cheesecake and spread evenly. Refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until thoroughly cold and firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
