{"id":7185,"date":"2024-12-17T19:16:31","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T19:16:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=7185"},"modified":"2024-12-17T19:16:31","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T19:16:31","slug":"yogurt-donut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=7185","title":{"rendered":"Yogurt Donut"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 eggs<br>300 g 00 flour<br>200 g sugar<br>150 g natural yogurt<br>80 g potato starch<br>180 g melted butter<br>1 sachet baking powder (about 16 g)<br>1 sachet vanilla sugar<br><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredient Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 175\u00b0C and prepare a donut mold approximately 25 cm in diameter, greasing it with butter and lightly flouring it.<br>Ingredient Processing:<br>In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until it is a light and fluffy mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adding other ingredients:<br><\/strong>Add the natural yogurt and melted butter to the yolk and sugar mixture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix well to combine everything.<br><strong>Adding the dry ingredients:<br><\/strong>Add the potato starch, flour and the packet of vanilla sugar sifted together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir the dry ingredients well into the liquid mixture.<br><strong>Preparing the egg whites:<br><\/strong>In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.<br><strong>Adding the egg whites:<br><\/strong>Add the beaten egg whites to the mixture, mixing gently from top to bottom so as not to break the whites too much. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mixture should be homogeneous.<br><strong>Cooking:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the mixture into the prepared mould, levelling the surface with a spatula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Bake in a preheated oven at 175\u00b0C for about 35-40 minutes, or until the donut is golden and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.<br><strong>Cooling and Serving:<br><\/strong>Once baked, allow the donut to cool in the mould for a few minutes, then carefully unmould onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely before serving.<br>This yogurt donut is sure to be a hit thanks to its softness and the delicate flavor of yogurt.
