Dandelion flowers can be used to make a beneficial infusion that cleanses the digestive tract, purifies the blood and relieves coughs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick some dandelion plants and dry the leaves. Pour them into a cup of boiling water and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
