Beat two eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, 35 grams of sugar (about two tablespoons) and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Beat everything with a mixer at medium speed for about three minutes until a fluffy light mass is formed. You can also use a whisk for whisking.

Then add 20 grams of melted butter into the mixture and mix until smooth.

The next step is to sift 50 grams of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder into the dough.

Mix thoroughly to remove lumps and make the dough smooth.

The last ingredient is 70 grams of milk, which we also mix into the dough.

Let’s move on to the filling. We take canned pineapples with a total weight of 400 grams. The syrup is useful for other culinary purposes. Mix the pineapples well.

Line a baking pan (mine is 10 x 22 cm) with non-stick parchment. Pour the batter into it, distributing the pineapples evenly.

Bake the pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Carefully remove the finished cake from the mold along with the parchment and cool, removing the paper.

Inside the pie, pieces of pineapple are enveloped in a soft dough that turns into a creamy mass.

The pie turns out especially tender and aromatic, and the taste of pineapples is pronounced.

This pie is not only easy to prepare, but also incredibly tasty and tender!
