Super tasty easy recipe."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 large potato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon potato starch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunflower oil, for cooking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 carrot, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 bell pepper, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 cloves of garlic, crushed (I<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 small tomatoes, halved<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A bunch of spring onions, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 grams (5.3 oz) cheese, grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 slices of ham, optional (for the meat lovers!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prep and Bake Potato Base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grate the potato and mix with potato starch and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Distribute the grated potatoes into greased molds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake at 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F) for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the potato is baking, heat some sunflower oil in a pan. Fry the onion until it turns transparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the carrot, bell pepper, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and black pepper. Fry until they start to soften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix in the chopped spring onions and leave the tomatoes in the pan for a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assemble and Bake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crack the egg over the vegetables in the pan.
