Healthy and tasty!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<br><\/strong>1 ripe avocado<br>4 hard-boiled eggs<br>Spring onions, chopped<br>Juice of 1\/2 lemon<br>Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Black pepper, to taste<br>3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise<br>1 baguette<br>Olive oil<br>Additional salt, for sprinkling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Directions:<br><\/strong>Prepare the Avocado: Peel and chop the avocado.<br>Prepare the Eggs: Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Make the Spread: In a bowl, combine the chopped avocado, chopped eggs, chopped spring onions, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well.<br>Season the Spread: Add salt and black pepper to taste.
