It&#8217;s so delicious that you&#8217;ll want to cook it again and again!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.5 kg potatoes, peeled and sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 raw sweet red pepper, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 kg minced pork<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 g canned green peas, drained<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 g tomatoes in their own juice, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 chicken egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 g hard mozzarella cheese, grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetable oil for frying<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt, meat seasoning, dried ground sweet paprika to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large frying pan, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and sweet red pepper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook until softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the minced pork to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, meat seasoning, and paprika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the tomatoes and green peas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
