Delicious family meal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u00bd cups all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup warm water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 cup melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">700 grams ground beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 bunch fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 grams grated cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freshly ground black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the warm water and melted butter to the flour mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
