{"id":8039,"date":"2025-01-19T07:00:58","date_gmt":"2025-01-19T07:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=8039"},"modified":"2025-01-19T07:00:58","modified_gmt":"2025-01-19T07:00:58","slug":"lasagna-quick-and-easy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.garden-tricks.top\/?p=8039","title":{"rendered":"LASAGNA (quick and easy)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Meat Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp mixed herbs (basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary) or 2 tsp dry Italian seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 large onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 cloves of garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp chili flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd tsp black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500g ground beef or pork<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 can (400g) diced tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 can (200g) tomato paste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup beef or chicken broth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For Assembling the Lasagna:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12 lasagna sheets, cooked according to package instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500g ricotta cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Prepare the Meat Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the mixed herbs or Italian seasoning, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili flakes, and black pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Saut\u00e9 until the onions are translucent and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the ground beef or pork to the skillet. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned and cooked through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef or chicken broth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring to a simmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season with salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Cook the Lasagna Sheets:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions until al dente. Assemble the Lasagna:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna sheets over the meat sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spread half of the ricotta cheese evenly over the lasagna sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoon half of the remaining meat sauce over the ricotta cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeat the layers: lasagna sheets, ricotta cheese, meat sauce, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Bake the Lasagna:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake for 30 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
