Lightly grease a baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carefully cut a pocket lengthwise down the center of the thickest part of the chicken breast, but not all the way through. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the chicken breast like a book. Season the inside of the chicken breast with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Make the Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a medium bowl, combine the chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated cheese, grated eggs, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and spices to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stuff the Chicken Breast:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoon the filling evenly into the pocket of the chicken breast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bake the Chicken Breast:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the stuffed chicken breast in the prepared baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake the chicken breast for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the filling is bubbly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken should read 165\u00b0F (74\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the chicken breast rest for a few minutes before slicing.
