I wash the potatoes, peel them and grate them on a Korean carrot grater. Then I rinse it to get rid of excess starch and dry it with paper towels. After this, fry in vegetable oil in small portions until golden brown.

For the salad, I take boiled chicken meat, usually I use meat from the thighs, and cut it into small pieces.

I cut the tomatoes into thin strips. If they are very juicy, I get rid of excess liquid by letting them drain in a colander or removing the seed pods.

I grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and also cut the fresh cucumbers into strips.

Assembling the salad:
I collect the salad in layers on a flat dish, forming it in the form of a slide.

1st layer: half a chicken, cover with mayonnaise.

2nd layer: half of the chopped cucumbers, mayonnaise again.

3rd layer: half the tomatoes, add one clove of garlic, salt, pepper and cover with mayonnaise.

4th layer: half cheese, mayonnaise.

Repeat layers:

5th layer: remaining chicken, mayonnaise.

6th layer: remaining cucumbers, mayonnaise.

Layer 7: remaining tomatoes, garlic, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.

8th layer: remaining cheese.

9th layer: fried potatoes.

I finish the salad with a garnish of fresh herbs, leave it to sit for about ten minutes, after which it is ready to serve.

Try making this wonderful salad, I’m sure your family will like it too.

Today I want to tell you about our family favorite – Anthill salad, which I prepare at every opportunity, as it is exceptionally tasty.
