ASMR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 zucchini, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 onions, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunflower oil for cooking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 carrot, grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 bell peppers, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Frittata Batter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 ml (1.5 cups) milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 tablespoons flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 grams baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garlic cloves, minced to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh dill, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Topping (Optional):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 grams (1-2 cups) shredded cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mayonnaise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chopped green onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare the Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with salt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the zucchini sit for 10 minutes, then drain off any released liquid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the grated carrot to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the peppers are softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the drained zucchini to the skillet with the other vegetables and stir to combine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Make the Frittata Batter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, olive oil, flour, and baking powder until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir in the minced garlic and chopped dill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assemble and Bake the Frittata:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the vegetable mixture into a greased baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the frittata batter over the vegetables in the baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the frittata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake the frittata for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the frittata cool slightly before slicing and serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If desired, you can serve the frittata with a dollop of topping made with mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped green onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use any type of zucchini for this recipe, such as green zucchini, yellow zucchini, or a combination of both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also add other vegetables to the frittata, such as chopped mushrooms, broccoli florets, or cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don&#8217;t have fresh dill, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The frittata can be served warm or at room temperature. It is also a great option for a make-ahead meal. Let the frittata cool completely, then refrigerate for up to 3 days.
