I use frozen berries for the filling &#8211; there is no need to defrost them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a mixer significantly speeds up the process and makes the dough especially tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooking process:<br><\/strong>Beat 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat until fluffy and light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After this, add sugar and continue whisking until it is completely dissolved. Since it is sour, I add a little sugar on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180\u00b0C, and bake for 35 minutes. Time may vary depending on your oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After turning off the oven, I leave the pie in the closed oven for another 5 minutes and then take it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It turns out incredibly delicious! Try it if you haven&#8217;t done it before &#8211; it&#8217;s really simple.
