If any rust remains, repeat the entire process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lemon<\/strong>&nbsp;. It has a mild abrasive action that helps remove rust. Pour a little salt on the rusty area and rub with half a lemon. Repeat the treatment if necessary, until the rust is completely removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Raw potato<\/strong>&nbsp;. Contains oxalic acid, a very effective agent for removing mold and rust. Rub a potato directly on the rust. To enhance the effect, sprinkle a little baking soda before rubbing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tin Foil<\/strong>&nbsp;. Cut several pieces of tin foil, about an inch or two square, and soak them in water.
