The result will surprise you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I recently learned a little secret from a pastry chef friend that changed my understanding of how to cook eggs forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not only is the process simple, but it\u2019s also incredibly fun \u2014 especially when you want to surprise your guests with something unusual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It might seem like an ordinary egg, but the result is so impressive that every time you experience a pleasant excitement before cutting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s start by preparing the egg.<br>The main thing is that the egg is whole, with a strong shell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We put it in a glass or a small cup, always with the sharp end up. This approach is convenient, as it allows us to hold the egg in the right position when we do a small manipulation with the upper part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now we need to make a hole at the very top of the egg. I take the tip of a small knife and pierce the shell. We insert a toothpick or a wooden stick through the hole we made. I used a special mini kitchen brush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We begin to mix the contents of the egg with circular movements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is important: the mixing should be smooth, without sudden movements, so as not to damage the shell. Pour enough water so that it completely covers the egg to the desired border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rest of the process is similar to boiling an egg, nothing complicated. I like to boil it on medium heat, about 8-10 minutes, to ensure it\u2019s firm but not overcooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the egg cools down, we begin to peel it and here, the very secret is revealed: the egg becomes uniformly yellow both outside and inside.
