The best bakers don&#8217;t know this dough recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 ml warm water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 g (2 tsp) dry yeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">110 ml vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">110 ml yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">600 &#8211; 650 g all-purpose wheat flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120 g soft butter (divided)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tsp sugar (for filling)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp cinnamon (for filling)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp cocoa (optional for chocolate version)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp sugar (optional for chocolate version)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 egg yolk (for glazing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp milk (for glazing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50 g butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5 tbsp powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, mix warm water, dry yeast, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, yogurt, and salt until all ingredients are dissolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gradually add the all-purpose wheat flour, mixing well with a spatula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knead the dough on a floured surface for 4-5 minutes until smooth and non-sticky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, cover, and let it rise for 45-50 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll them into balls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll out each ball into a 30&#215;40 cm rectangle. Brush each with 60g of softened butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fold the dough like an envelope, brush with oil again, and fold once more. Let the dough rest for 25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll out the dough into 30&#215;40 cm rectangles again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the classic version, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the chocolate version, sprinkle with cocoa and sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut each rectangle into 2.5-3 cm wide strips, twist them, and place them in greased baking dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the Cinnabons rest for another 25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (360\u00b0F).
