MINI LEMON DESSERT

Ingredients for the pudding layer:
1 vanilla pudding
1 lemon jelly
Also:
some chocolate and cereal biscuits, finely chopped
a handful of blueberries
Preparation:

Cook the pudding according to the recipe on the package.

Pour 1 lemon gelatin (powder) into the hot dish. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved. Spread the slightly cooled pudding on the crumbled biscuits, on which we have previously arranged the blueberries.
Ingredients for the stracciatella layer:

1 1/2 cups 30% whipping cream, very cold
1 lemon gelatin
1 cup water
50 g chocolate chips or grated dark chocolate
Instructions:

Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 240 ml of hot water.

Leave to cool. Whip the cream until stiff. Add the cooled gelatin to the whipped cream. Mix everything together.

Add the chocolate chips to the mixture. Pour the resulting mixture over the cooled pudding. Leave to cool in the refrigerator. Decorate as desired.
