The exercises come from yoga, and represent the fastest and most effective way to slim our face which, like other areas of the body, needs to be trained and cared for.

1. Simha mudra

Also called the lion pose, it stimulates and tones the facial muscles.
Kneel on the floor and place your palms on your thighs. Stick your tongue out and begin to stretch it downward forcefully. Exhale as you do this.
2. Fish face

If you like taking selfies, you’ve probably already done this face pose. The fish face exercise stretches the cheek muscles.
Suck your cheeks and lips inward, like a fish. Hold this position for a few seconds and try to smile. Repeat the exercise throughout the day for quick results.
3. Jivha Bandha

The exercise that is perfect for sculpting the face and shaping the jawline.
Sit on the floor and place the tip of your tongue on the upper part of the inside of your mouth. Push your tongue upward until you feel tension in your abdominal muscles. Repeat this exercise four or five times.
4. Jaw Exercise

A perfect exercise to shape your cheeks and reduce a double chin.
Sit down and move your jaws as if you were chewing with your mouth closed. Breathe through your nose as you do this, and repeat several times.
5. Jalandhara Bandha

This exercise tones the face and relaxes the jaw muscles.
Sit in lotus position and breathe deeply. Place your hands on your knees, lift your shoulders, and bend forward. Rest your chin on your chest, hold your breath, and try to relax for a few seconds, then repeat.
6. Mouthwash technique

This technique tones the cheeks and eliminates the double chin.
Fill your mouth with air and move it from one side of your mouth to the other, as if you were rinsing with mouthwash. Do this for a few seconds.
7. Neck rotation

The most effective exercise against a double chin, but it also helps strengthen the neck muscles.
Sit on the floor, bend your head toward your chin, and rotate it using circular movements. Keep your back straight as you perform the exercise. Repeat, moving your head to both sides.
