A light, creamy and very tasty dessert that is made without dough or an oven. Perfect when you want something sweet but without too much effort.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 300 ml
  • Egg yolks 3 pcs. (58-60 g)
  • Sugar 70 g
  • Vanilla sugar 1 packet (10 g)
  • Sour cream 350 g
  • Instant gelatin 20 g

Preparation:

Pour 100 ml of cold milk over the gelatin, mix and leave to swell.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and creamy. Pour in 200 ml of milk, place on the stove and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil (do not boil).

Remove from heat and immediately add the swollen gelatin, mix well until dissolved.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then add vanilla sugar and sour cream, mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add pieces of fruit or berries if desired. Pour the dessert into a mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight) to set.

Before serving, garnish with grated chocolate, coconut flakes, or almonds.

The dessert turns out tender, airy, and incredibly delicious – a real pleasure without baking!
