Delicious speculoos balls made in 2 minutes

Ingredients
250g speculoos biscuits
Grated zest of 1 organic orange
200g peanut butter


200g dark chocolate
5g coconut fat (e.g. palmin)
Instructions

First, place the cookies in a freezer bag, seal, and crush them finely with a rolling pin.
Now mix together the cookie crumbs, orange zest, and peanut butter. Form about 30 balls with damp hands. Chill for about 1 hour.


Then, break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt in coconut oil over a double boiler.
Coat the balls one by one with the chocolate, preferably using a praline fork.
Now let them drain a little and place them on a fine (pralined) wire rack. Let them dry slightly and sprinkle with sea salt. Let them dry completely.
