Ingredients:

For the dough:

✔ Warm milk – 200 ml
✔ Flour – approximately 300 g (as much as the dough will take)
✔ Sugar – 1 tsp
✔ Salt – 1/3 tsp
✔ Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
✔ Dry yeast – 5 g (1 tsp with a slide)

For the filling:

✔ Boiled or smoked sausage
✔ Hard cheese
✔ Sauce (ketchup + mayonnaise or any other to your taste)

How to make homemade mini pizza:

1️⃣ Add sugar and yeast to warm milk, mix, cover with cling film and leave for 5-10 minutes to activate the yeast.
2️⃣ Add oil, salt and add flour in parts, kneading a soft, elastic dough.
3️⃣ Grease a bowl with oil, put the dough in, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size.
4️⃣ Divide the finished dough into 8 equal parts, form round cakes from them (10-12 cm in diameter).
5️⃣ Place the blanks on a baking sheet, cover and let rise.
6️⃣ Grease each cake with sauce, spread the sausage, sprinkle with cheese.
7️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven.
8️⃣ The mini pizza is ready! We take out the fragrant mini pizzas, let them cool a little, and serve them.
