Crispy, tender and crumbly cookies with the aroma of coffee and chocolate are prepared in a matter of minutes from simple ingredients. This recipe is so easy that you can bake it even every day!
Ingredients (approximately 25 pieces):
- Flour – 450 g
- Sugar – 150 g
- Oil – 50 ml
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 200 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Baking soda – 1 tsp (or 10 g baking powder)
- Instant coffee – 1 tbsp.
- Chocolate – 50 g
- Vanilla sugar – to taste
Preparation:
- In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt. Add vanilla sugar.
- Stir in the sour cream at room temperature, pour in the oil and stir until smooth.
- Add instant coffee (or ground coffee diluted in a spoonful of hot water) and finely chopped chocolate.
- Gradually add the sifted flour and baking soda. Knead a soft dough.
- Form balls slightly larger than a walnut, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press down lightly. Sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar if desired.
- Bake at 180 °C for 15–20 minutes.
The result: fragrant, crumbly cookies with a delicate coffee note and chocolate pieces. The perfect pastry for tea or coffee.
