Ingredients:
✔ Berry or fruit pulp — 200 g
✔ Water — 80 ml
✔ Agar-agar — 10 g
✔ Sugar — 50 g
✔ Dark chocolate — 150 g
Cooking method:
1️⃣ Grind berries or fruits in a blender until puree.
2️⃣ Transfer the mass to a saucepan, add sugar and agar-agar, mix well.
3️⃣ Place on medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4️⃣ Reduce heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Pour the hot mass into silicone molds, leave at room temperature until solidified.

8️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
