Toothpaste, but what teeth: put it on toilet paper, you won’t be able to live without it.

Toothpaste is one of the products we buy in large quantities every time we go to the supermarket or stores that sell body care products.

Running out of toothpaste  would be a real nightmare for everyone. We use it several times a day: every time we eat, when we wake up in the morning, and before going to bed. In fact, it’s essential because it’s  the only product that allows us to keep our teeth white and clean at all times.

Neglecting your dental hygiene means succumbing to yellowed, dull teeth covered in tartar, which are difficult to restore to their former glory even with frequent brushing. By consistently caring for your smile, you can achieve the same dazzling smile as the stars  with ease.  All this without spending a single penny, simply through good oral hygiene habits.

The many uses of toothpaste

Few people know that  toothpaste is versatile and  useful around the house, not just for dental hygiene. For example, it can be used for burns;  this was precisely the remedy mothers and grandmothers used  when they had nothing else.

It can also be used to remove ink stains from clothing, even red wine stains that are difficult to remove with detergent. Later ,   it is used practically and certainly as an alternative  to fill nail holes  in the wall when no other product is available, or to  remove scratches from easily damaged CDs or DVDs.

And then again,  to clean the walls of the marks left by your children’s pens or pencils  and by the iron, which after several uses ends up full of limescale that stains clean clothes.

Toothpaste to keep the house clean

However, the following uses are not very well known; in fact, they are private secrets that  help keep the house clean, fresh, and fragrant  even when we are not present.

Take the baking soda—  even just a teaspoon is enough—  add a little toothpaste, and mix them with a spoon. If you can’t work the two ingredients together,  just use your hands, which will allow you to obtain a thick,  workable dough in a few minutes , obviously without lumps.

Here is the result

At this point, small pellets form and are flushed down the toilet. This way, both when  flushing and when in contact with the water in the toilet tank,  they eliminate germs and bacteria. In fact, both ingredients thoroughly sanitize and clean.

Obviously, the second aspect shouldn’t be overlooked:  the pleasant smell that emanates from the toilet as soon as you flush.  There are drops and essential oils in various fragrances available on the market that can be sprayed inside the toilet bowl to enhance the fresh, clean scent. You can also make your own at home with just a few ingredients, such as baking soda balls and toothpaste.

A remedy to always have a good smell in the bathroom

The second use involves toilet paper; there’s a way to keep it  fragrant and scent the bathroom as well  . To do this, mix fabric softener with a couple of teaspoons of toothpaste.

Next, mix everything together, then use a brush to spread the mixture inside the toilet roll, directly onto the cardboard, which absorbs it and then slowly releases the scent, both on the paper and in the bathroom, as it evaporates. Upon entering the bathroom, you’ll easily notice the fresh, clean, and intoxicating aroma.
