The meat in question is none other than rabbit meat, which can be prepared in many different ways!

Fried rabbit
Ingredients:
- 70 dkg rabbit leg (boneless)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp chives
- 3 eggs
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- oil, a little butter
- salt
- ground pepper
- mustard
Preparation:
- First, carefully flatten the rabbit leg with a rolling pin, but not completely “flatten” it!
- Once you’ve pounded it, spread a thin layer of mustard on the meat, then season with salt, crushed garlic, and pepper.
- After that, cover it, then put it in the refrigerator and let it sit for an hour!
- While the meat is marinating in the refrigerator, chop the chives very finely and add them to the breadcrumbs.
- Then prepare the egg and flour for breading, and roll the marinated meat slices taken from the refrigerator in the traditional way.
- Take a frying pan and pour a little oil + add a small cube of butter, then when it is hot enough, fry the breaded rabbit meat.
- Finally, when it’s fried, drain the oil on a paper towel.
- Serve it while it’s still warm, it’s delicious with any side dish. Our family loves it with mashed potatoes :-).
