3 packs of chocolate pudding powder
3 packs of vanilla pudding powder
5 egg(s)
1 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 pack of baking powder
2 glasses of morello cherries or sour cherries
4 cups whipped cream
2 packs of vanilla sugar
3 packs of cream stiffener
some chocolate shavings
Preparation:

  1. First mix the 3 packets of chocolate pudding powder and 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder with the eggs, oil, sugar and baking powder for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Then put the mixture in a high tray, spread it out and bake at 170° C for approx. 15 minutes.
  3. Now boil the cherries with 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder until the mixture is nice and firm and then add it to the still warm cake base. Allow to cool for at least 2 hours.
  4. Next, beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and the cream solid and then pour it onto the cake and sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
    Tip: Add kirsch to the cherries and then add some rum to the dough.
    Another variant: To make a cake, bake 2 layers from the dough. Spread the cherry mixture on both bases, then put some cream between both halves, then garnish with cream, cherries and chocolate leaves.
