ingredients

300 g of mascarpone
, 3 eggs,
2 tablespoons of egg white powder, vanilla
2 drops of vanilla flavouring,
40 g of
icing sugar, a little cocoa powder

Preparation

Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Mix the egg yolks well with the egg white powder, mascarpone and vanilla flavouring, then incorporate the whipped egg whites. Pour the cream together with it into a small aulauform. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
