INGREDIENTS

200g of hazelnut wafers
45g of hazelnut cream + for filling
Hazelnuts
150g of melted chocolate
50g of chopped hazelnuts
PREPARATION
1. Place the wafers in the food processor and mix until the mixture is compact.
2. Transfer to a bowl, add the hazelnut cream and mix to combine the ingredients.
3. Make balls and fill them with a little hazelnut cream and a hazelnut.
4. Let them cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and add the chopped hazelnuts. Cover the balls completely with the melted chocolate.
6. Let the truffles rest to let the chocolate thicken. Then serve them on a plate.
