Pour sugar, vanilla sugar and milk into a pot with honey. Stir, heat until the sand dissolves.
Beat softened butter, gradually add sugar to it. Break the egg into a mixture, pour in a little flour and flour, knead the dough.
Pour the second part of the vanilla dough and knead a soft and elastic dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
To prepare the crumb, finely chop the nuts, mix with flour, sugar. Rub until it becomes a fine creamy crumb.
Roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of about cm. We make cookies in a mold with a diameter of 9 cm, and put them on parchment.
Brush the top of the cakes with an egg, sprinkle with walnut crumbs.
Bake the cakes at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
