
INGREDIENTS
1 young cabbage
3 onions
1 carrot
300 g tomato sauce
500 g minced meat
100 g rice
Green onions
Salt
Black pepper
cooking oil for frying
METHOD
Fry chopped onions and carrots in a pan. Place it at the bottom of the form.
Cut the cabbage. Complete the form.
Add grated onions, green onions, salt, pepper and rice to the filling (until half cooked). Mix. Form meatballs and place them on the cabbage.
Salt and pepper the tomato sauce and add water. Mix. Pour into the mould. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
