
Ingredients for 4 servings:
•1 egg
•30g flour
•Salt
•Pepper
•2 tablespoons oil
•200g tzatziki
•450g zucchini
•150g feta
•½ bunch of dill
•½ bunch of parsley
•1 jalapeno
✔️Preparation:
Trim and grate the zucchini. Place in a sieve and mix with 1 tablespoon of salt, leave to steep for approx. 5 minutes.
Crumble feta. Chop dill, jalapeno and parsley. Stir egg.
Squeeze out the zucchini rasps with your hands and mix with feta, jalapeno, herbs and egg. Gradually stir in the flour and season with salt and pepper.
Lastly, heat oil in a pan. Add a few spoonfuls of zucchini mixture to the pan and shape into doughnuts. Fry in hot oil for 5 to 7 minutes until crispy. Now drain on kitchen paper. You can serve with tzatziki
