Preparation of
Eggs, yoghurt, baking powder and salt are thoroughly mixed.
A soft dough is obtained by gradually adding flour to it.
The counter is lightly floured and the dough is placed and opened half an inch thick with the help of a roller.
The dough is sliced with the help of a knife.
Both sides of the sliced dough are dipped first in milk and then in thirst.
In hot oil, both sides are fried, placed on a plate lined with paper towels.
I made half the dough plain and half with sesame seeds. A very practical, oil-free, delicious recipe for breakfast. Bon appetit.
