3-4 apples

Lemon juice

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon apricot jam or honey

The dough strip measures 2.5 cm

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the oil and melted butter, and mix until well combined.

Sift in the baking powder and flour, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
