500 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
25 grams all-purpose flour
35 grams cornstarch
25 grams butter
70 grams roasted peanuts
125 grams milk chocolate

Prepare the Custard:
In a saucepan, combine 500 ml milk, 80 grams sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla powder.
Heat over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
Thicken the Custard:
In a separate bowl, mix 25 grams all-purpose flour and 35 grams cornstarch. Gradually add this mixture to the hot milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook until the custard thickens.
Add Butter:
Remove the custard from heat and stir in 25 grams butter until melted and well combined.
Let the custard cool slightly.
Prepare the Peanut Mixture:
Crush 70 grams roasted peanuts and mix them into the slightly cooled custard.
Assemble the Bars:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread the custard and peanut mixture evenly into the dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Melt the Chocolate:
Melt 125 grams milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave.
Top with Chocolate:
Pour the melted chocolate over the custard and peanut mixture, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Optional Garnish:
Sprinkle dry grated coconut over the chocolate layer if desired.
Chill and Serve:
Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert is set.
